Overview

This website focuses on communicating the progress towards improving the Highest Priority Water Quality Conditions (HPWQC) within each Hydrologic Area (HA) of the Carlsbad Watershed Management Area (CWMA) set forth in the Water Quality Improvement Plan FY23 Report (WQIP).

To more succintly communicate the progress, each HA listed above will have four sections covering the following: HA Status, HA Goals Results, HA Health Improvement Projects, and How Goal Results were measured within each HA.
